CUPE is Ontario’s hospital union.
CUPE represents nearly 50,000 workers across the province, including almost 500 workers at the Cornwall Community Hospital who are members of CUPE 7811.
Workers represented by CUPE are a key part of the health care team. Whether it’s administrative work, cleaning, patient care, or any of the other work we do, our work directly helps Cornwall residents get the care they deserve.
CUPE fights for job security, protections against violence, better health and safety standards, and fair wages for our members. When our work is understaffed, patient outcomes suffer.
